Refund,Returns and Shipping Policy

Shipping

At Scented Luminescence, every order is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a beautiful and intentional experience from the moment it arrives.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

-Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please allow additional time during collection launches or high-volume periods, as each item is carefully handcrafted.

Scented Luminescence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for orders placed with incorrect shipping information. We kindly ask that you review your details at checkout to ensure accuracy.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Refunds are reserved for the following situations:

  • Items damaged during transit
  • Incorrect items received

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at scentedluminescence@gmail.com.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged/ Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Kindly include:

•Your order number

•Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund with priority.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Scented Luminescence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend reaching out directly to your local carrier for further assistance.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products and our commitment to quality, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

This policy ensures that every item you receive is held to the highest standard of safety, hygiene, and care.
